- Full payment is required when online bookings are made through the website.
- On the other hand bookings made through the telephone, full payment is required on check in.
- However full credit card details are required only for guarantee purposes.
- Parkview Motor Inn reserves the right to charge a credit card at the time the booking is made or pre-authorise a credit card.
- Cancellation of individual bookings must be notified no later than 168 hours (7 days) prior to mid day on the expected date of arrival.
- All cancellations less than 168 hours (7 days) prior to mid-day on the expected date of arrival will be charged for the accommodation booked.
- $20.00 admin fee may apply to all cancellations and changes up to 168 hours prior to arrival date.
- All cancellations must be received in writing to enquiries@parkviewmotorinn.co.nz
- No phone cancellations are accepted.
- Should guests alter or depart before the reserved departure date refunds will only be given at management discretion.
- This policy is not applicable to group bookings. Please contact Parkview Motor Inn to find out more about group bookings.
- No visitors are allowed in rooms after 9pm or before 7am.
- Any damage to the room or property will be charged, plus a charge for any subsequent loss of income.
- Smoking is not allowed in any rooms and designated non smoking areas of the property. If you do smoke, then you may be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges.

- Odorous cooking (shellfish, curries etc) is not allowed in the units. Any cooking that results in the unit being unable to be rented the following day due to smell will result in appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges.
- Any person intending to stay in the room must be included in guest numbers when booking, young children and babies are to be included in this number.
- Please remove all dirty footwear before entering units.
